The 2026 Ratzinger Prize recipient is American theologian Dr John Cavadini, recognized for the scholarly merits of his research on Patristics, particularly his studies on St Augustine. Pope Leo XIV will present the award to to Dr Cavadini on December 19 in the Apostolic Palace.
